What are certificates? How are they used?
What is a Certificate?
Certificates are personalized, downloadable certificates that you can offer your viewers at a certain time in your video.
For example, you might wish to offer a completion certificate to somebody that has finished a video or series of videos.
At the end of the video, you can link to a certificate that is dynamically personalized with their name, the date, and any other information you wish to use within it that is collected or used within the video.
Here is a sample certificate: https://certificates.mindstamp.com/demo
You can see that we have placeholder fields for the viewer name, the course name, and the issuer name.

These fields are dynamically changed in realtime based on the viewer. If we have a viewer named Tom, a course name of Data Science, and an issuer of MIT, we would get the following certificate:

How do I create Certificates?
Certificates are available on the CORE, PRO, and ENTERPRISE plans and are created custom in communication with our team.
To create a certificate, get in touch with your Account Representative and provide:
The certificate you want to use (image or PDF)
The fields you want to use on the certificate
Any other information
Once created, you will receive a link that you can use within your videos to issue this certificate at the time of your choosing!
